ePrescribe V2 - EPCS Annual Payment

Prescribers pay for EPCS services on an annual basis to NewCrop/Exostar via a built in Stripe checkout process in the ePrescribe V2 interface with a debit or credit card. Prescribers are alerted for payment 30 days prior to the expiration date when a controlled substance is being transmitted.
Payment information for all prescribers is shown on the Admin tab of ePrescribe. under “Subscription Services > EPCS Subscription” as shown below:
On this screen, you can review all prescribers that are currently active, their roles, and when their end date occurs if they are not set to auto-renew. Inactive users will also be listed here if you have the “Show Inactive Users” checkbox enabled.
If you want to pay a specific prescriber’s EPCS subscription fee, simply check the checkbox corresponding with that prescriber’s user, and click the “Pay Now” button.
You’ll be prompted for a Billing Email Address, and for the Credit Card Information to make the payment. You’ll also need to decide whether to set up an automatic renewal or not.
Once you’ve entered these details, clicking the Pay button will complete the payment process.
Note: You will be emailed each time NewCrop processes an annual payment.
