Bridges - Troubleshooting
If the bridge does not work correctly:
Confirm the WindowsBridge folder is mapped correctly to the M:/ drive on the Windows side.
Confirm the WindowsBridge folder has the correct privileges in Mac OS X.
When you right click (or Control-Click) a folder and select "Get Info", a small window will pop up with details about the folder. At the bottom of this window is a "Sharing and Permissions" section. Make sure in this section that "Everyone" is set to "Read & Write".
Confirm the MacPractice Bridge is running in Windows. Check to see if the "MP" icon is in the Windows toolbar.
