EDR/EMR - Troubleshooting Kiosks
If the Kiosk forms are not displaying on the Kiosk machine, check the following:
Test the network connection of the Kiosk computer.
The EMR or EDR form must not be a blank form.
Send the form to the correct machine where multiple Kiosk machines are used.
The Kiosk User must be in the Kiosk User Group for the correct privileges.
The Kiosk machine must be using the same Operating System as the computer sending the patient form to the Kiosk computer.
