Addressed a display issue where if you use a call button in MacPractice to initiate the call, the Communicator window wouldn't update with the called phone number in error.
Addressed some responsiveness issues when dialing numbers using the Communicator's dialer interface.
Corrected an issue where if you initiate a call from the Contacts List, the contact name would be displayed as "Unavailable" in the Communicator window in error.
Resolved an issue when initiating a call from the call log, a new call log entry does not get added until you leave the call log then come back.
Removed the Jive Username in the User References. This is no longer necessary.
Addressed an issue if you double-click a call button, where it'll make the call but the Jive login prompt will appear as it initiates the call in error.

Resolved an issue with the "Time Interval Per Block" preference option in Preferences > Scheduling > Calendar, where the drop down menu would cut off any option other than 5. This would occur only on Mojave.

Corrected an issue where if you switch from the Schedule to another ability then back to the Schedule, the calendar would continue to grow in size until it consumed all of the MacPractice window. This would only occur on Mojave.

We have moved the Drawer into a Window menu option. You can now access the Drawer by navigating to the Windows Menu and clicking the "Lists" option.
Added a new keyboard shortcut, Command-L, which opens up the Lists Window.
Future "Drawer" updates after this build will be listed under "Lists Window".
Added a progress indicator when adding a large list to the Lists Window.
The Drawer itself still functions, and you'll still utilize the Drawer when wanting to reference History report contextual information, adjust Transpaprency block settings, and other tasks contained in the Drawer. In the future these elements will move into other places in the software.

Preferences - Schedule
Addressed an issue that would occur when Start and End Times in Preferences > Schedule > Calendar tab are set to a value that doesn’t have an interval of 5. This would cause scheduled appointments to be off. We are forcing this entry to only accept values with an interval of 5.
Preferences - Timeclock
Addressed an issue with the “Twice Per Month” Time Clock Pay Period Frequency preference. If you deleted the 2nd date field that is available with this option selected, MacPractice would exit unexpectedly.
References - Adjustment Types
Addressed an issue in the Drawer on the History Tab, that was preventing patient names from appearing, despite an adjustment type for that patient being present.
References - Care Slips
Addressed an issue when using the "Update to Coding Preference" option in References > Care Slips to update codes from ICD9 to ICD10. In certain circumstances, a database error would occur.

Addressed a graphical issue with Clinical Decision Rules under Qualifications, where the plus and minus buttons to add and remove Qualifications would be hidden until you scrolled to the right.

Resolves an issue that would prevent the deletion of an unused referrer.

Addressed an issue with the “Archive Locked notes” and “Archive New Notes” privileges that were not behaving as expected.

Scheduling - Appointment Detail
Resolved an issue that would allow you to adjust an appointment to include a time that a resource is unavailable in error.
Addressed an issue where in the Text tab, the “Patient Name” display drop down would not honor the “Last name, First name” setting.
Fixed an issue that would cause the Appointment Detail window to not remember the Advanced View's open or closed state after creating an appointment for a selected patient, then creating another appointment for the same patient.
Addressed an issue when creating a new appointment and then opening up the Advanced View to post charges for that new appointment before saving the appt. This would potentially cause the posted charges to not save if the appointment type is not set.
Adjusted the behavior of the Date, Time, and Duration fields in the Appointment Detail Window. If these fields are now left blank in error, a warning will display indicating the problem with the specific field.
Schedule - Resources
Addressed an issue that would prevent adjusting the availability of a resource if there are deleted appointments in that resource.
Scheduling - Transparencies
Added some functionality so any changes made to Transparency Block Rules are now logged in the History Report.
Fixed an issue that would prevent you from deleting a transparency with a larger overlapping transparency present.
Corrected an issue that would cause repeating transparencies to jump to other time slots in certain circumstances.
Resolved an issue that would prevent scheduling appointments if a repeating transparency block that prevented scheduling appointments had been placed in that time slot. This is now resolved.
Resolved an issue when switching days after selecting a transparency where the transparency selection would not retain after switching. This would cause an error when blocking out the selected transparency.
Server/Client
Addressed an issue that could cause records to not lock appropriately in rare circumstances.
Resolved an issue that would cause a fresh installation to fail when attempting to restore a database. This would only occur once, on the second attempt the restoration would work fine.

New Ability - Accounting Ability
We've added a new Ability designed for users who need to review transactional information for the entire practice.
You can easily track all production conducted by individual providers, review the Accounts Receivable by Insurance Companies, track all changes made to ledgers over a period of time, and more.
Please refer to How to Use the Accounting Ability for a rundown on all the features available within the Accounting Ability.
Enhancements - Attachments/Images
Added "Print All" functionality to the Attachments/Images Ability, as well as Digital Radiography.
New Reference - Bank Accounts
We've added a new Bank Accounts Reference that can be used to create Bank Accounts. You can tie any payment to a Bank Account, and then track those Accounts with the new Accounting Ability.
Enhancement - Digital Radiography
We've made some improvements to the annotation features in Digital Radiography.
You can now rotate most objects by right clicking on the object.
You can now add arrowheads to line-tool lines by right clicking the line.
We've added the ability to copy and paste annotations.
We've added the ability to add a drop shadow to text for added visibility. Simply select the text and right click. Select Font > Show Fonts, and you can then use Apple's drop-shadow text options in the top right of the Fonts window.
Added the ability to archive and unarchive Digital Radiography images.
Enhancement - Inventory
Adds the ability to archive/delete Inventory Categories, provided those categories are not in use.
Added a new Reference category for Adjustment Reasons in the Inventory Ability. This effectively allows a user to add custom Adjustment Reasons.

Added a new option when right clicking an appointment and selecting "Go To" that allows a user to jump straight to that appointment patient's ledger.
Added functionality to the Appointment Window that would allow you to adjust the appointment start time and appointment length without having to use the drag and drop method on the appointment blocks.
Added a new Follow-Up/Recall drop down in the Appointment window when double clicking an appointment block on the schedule. This drop down will allow you to tie an appointment to a recall before saving the appointment to streamline workflow.
This drop down only displays follow-ups/recalls that have NOT already been tied.

Made some changes to disallow deleting items while viewing a historical chart, and added an explanation to the error message on deleting these items from the ledger if necessary.
Added functionality to be able to change the procedure date of a Completed Procedure.
Changed some wording when right clicking a tooth status (permanent, primary, etc) to read "Change Status Date" instead of "Change Proc. Date".

Addressed an issue when posting a new charge and selecting Charge Via Contract. This issue would cause the negative adjustment that was generated to appear connected to everything involving that billing contract.
Ledger - Other Menu
Corrected an issue when refunding an insurance overpayment to the patient, MacPractice would not automatically create the negative adjustment line to credit the patient.
Addressed an issue when using the "Resubmit Insurance Claim" option where if you try to preview the Resubmit, no pdf is generated.
Ledger - Payments Menu - New Insurance Payment
Corrected an issue when posting an insurance payment with a charge selected, where the charge selected in the new payment window is different from the original charge selected.

Addressed an issue involving two pull fields for "Is Orthodontics", creating confusion about the difference. We have trimmed it down to only the one, and this pull field will not be present in MacPractice DC, MD, or 20/20.
Corrected an issue that would surface when printing a note. The date updated would update properly, but this update would not be captured by the history report.
Addressed an issue that would occur after saving a note, where the window focus on the note would be lost, requiring a click to be able to focus again on the window and use keyboard shortcuts, etc.

Fixed a display issue where if you resized the MacPractice window with the schedule open, the height of the Resources row would become larger but never shrink back down with the window size.

Scheduling - Drawer Appointment Tab
