Chief Complaint

The Chief Complaint Reference is a list of primary reasons a patient may visit the office. Chief Complaints are necessary for CDA documents and can be added through EMR/EDR and EHR.

Clicking the green plus at the top of the column allows the addition of any new Chief Complaint. The red minus will remove a selected Chief Complaint.
