Current Status: Ventura releases on October 24th! Read below for more details.

Last Updated: November 2, 2022

On June 6th, 2022, Apple announced their newest iteration of the MacOS 13, named "Ventura". We are very pleased to announce that we have a Ventura-compatible build ready for release just in time for Ventura's release date on October 24.

You can request a Ventura-compatible build by contacting Support@macpractice.com or by calling our Support Number at (877) 220-8418. If you have iPad Apps, you will need to sign a Beta Agreement in order to receive TestFlight links to download iPad Apps for the Ventura-compatible build of MacPractice.

eClaim clients have an additional caveat. In order to handle eClaims on Ventura, MP Support will need to assist you, as certain steps will be required to ensure eClaims can be submitted properly.

Note: Keep in mind that DR Devices may not have drivers available for Ventura, so we strongly recommend checking with those manufacturers on a timeline on when to expect new drivers. You may want to consider holding off updating to Mac OS Ventura on any computers that run Digital Radiography equipment.

If you ever have any questions about the new OS and whether it is safe to update on your office computers, please contact MacPractice Support.
