Diagnosis Pull Fields

Diagnosis 1 refers to the first diagnosis listed in the Patients > Clinical tab > Problem List. Diagnosis 2 refers to the second diagnosis in this list and so on. If the Regularly Treated checkbox in unchecked, nothing will pull into the note and the pull field will be left blank. The first diagnosis listed will always be considered diagnosis 1 regardless of whether or not the Use checkbox is enabled or not.

• Diagnosis 1-12 Code: The code itself, as listed in the Diagnosis Reference (SNOMED-CT, ICD9, ICD10, or Custom)

• Diagnosis 1-12 Short Description: A brief description of the diagnosis code

• Diagnosis 1-12 Long Description: The longer description or comments about the code
