Diagnosis Data Pull Fields

The pull fields available for the Diagnosis table are the same as the Diagnosis pull fields and display the same information. The diagnosis data table allows data on up to 12 diagnoses to be specified and selected.

• Diagnosis 1-12 Code: The code itself, as listed in the Diagnosis Reference (SNOMED-CT, ICD9, ICD10, or Custom)

• Diagnosis 1-12 Short Description: A brief description of the diagnosis code

• Diagnosis 1-12 Long Description: The longer description or comments about the code
