Immunization Data Pull Fields

The following information pulls from the Immunization tab, found under the Clinical tab in the patient's record.

  • Administered: Start Date entered for the immunization record

  • Dosage: Dosage entered for the immunization record

  • Immunization: Data from the Patient immunization field of the immunization record.

  • Incident: Incident selected in the immunization record

  • Lot Number: Lot number entered in the immunization record

  • Notes: Any notes entered under the immunization record

  • Office: Office selected in the immunization record

The Provider fields will pull based on the provider selected in the immunization record. The information can be updated in the provider's User reference

  • Provider Last Name: Last name of the immunization provider

  • Provider First Name: First name of the immunization provider

  • Provider Middle Name: Middle name of the immunization provider

  • Reaction: Text entered in the Reaction field of the immunization record

  • Status: Status selected in the immunization record

  • Unit: Data entered in the Unit field of the immunization record.
