Office Pull Fields

All pull fields come from the office that is selected in the Office popup field in the Patients Ability > Patient tab. Most of this information can be edited in the References Ability > Offices. The fields in this area that cannot be edited are a part of your license information and must be edited by the MacPractice Accounting Department. If a specific field is not noted, the name of the pull field is the same as the name of the field in the Patient tab.

  • Name: Office name

  • Street Address: Office street address

  • Suite: Office's suite or apartment number; will display the field's data only

  • City: Office's city

  • State: Office's state

  • Zip Code: Office's zip code

  • Phone: Office's phone number

  • Extension: Office's extension

  • Fax: Office's fax number

  • ID: Office ID

  • Is Person: This information pulls based on the "Office Name Refers to an Individual" checkbox in the Office Reference. When this box is checked a 1 will be pulled into the note and when the box is unchecked a 0 will be pulled into the note.

The Facility fields pull from the Default Facility selected in the Office Reference. The information can be edited in the References Ability > Facility.

  • Facility Name: Facility name

  • Facility Street Address: Facility street address

  • Facility Suite: Facility's suite or apartment number; will display the field's data only

  • Facility City: Facility's city

  • Facility State: Facility's state

  • Facility Zip Code: Facility's zip code

  • Facility Phone: Facility's phone number

  • Facility Code: Facility's Tax ID

  • Facility Code 2: Facility's Secondary Facility ID

  • Facility National Provider ID: Facility's National Provider ID (NPI)

  • Type of Bill: Type of bill number (3 digits) as entered in the Office reference

  • Group NPI Number: Group NPI number as entered in the Office reference
