Office Pull Fields
All pull fields come from the office that is selected in the Office popup field in the Patients Ability > Patient tab. Most of this information can be edited in the References Ability > Offices. The fields in this area that cannot be edited are a part of your license information and must be edited by the MacPractice Accounting Department. If a specific field is not noted, the name of the pull field is the same as the name of the field in the Patient tab.

Suite:Â Office's suite or apartment number; will display the field's data only

Zip Code:Â Office's zip code
Phone:Â Office's phone number
Extension:Â Office's extension
Fax:Â Office's fax number
ID:Â Office ID
Is Person:Â This information pulls based on the "Office Name Refers to an Individual" checkbox in the Office Reference. When this box is checked a 1 will be pulled into the note and when the box is unchecked a 0 will be pulled into the note.
The Facility fields pull from the Default Facility selected in the Office Reference. The information can be edited in the References Ability > Facility.
