Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Referrals Pull Fields
All of the Referral pull fields pull from information in the Patients Ability > Patient > Referrals. The Primary Referral will be the first record listed in this area, secondary referral will be the next entry, and tertiary will be the third. If specific field is not noted, the name of the pull field is the same as the name of the field in the Patient tab. All information, unless otherwise noted, pulls from the References Ability > Referrers.

Suite:Â Referral's suite; will only display the field's data

Taxonomy Code:Â Referral's taxonomy code; This will only display the alpha-numeric code and not the description.
Home Phone Number:Â Referral's phone number associated with the Home phone pop-up button as entered in one of the phone fields
Work Phone Number: Referral's phone number associated with the Work phone pop-up button as entered in one of the phone fields
Cell Phone Number: Referral's phone number associated with the Cell phone pop-up button as entered in one of the phone fields
Fax Number: Referral's phone number associated with the Fax phone pop-up button as entered in one of the phone fields
Office:Â Referral's office association, as entered in the Office/Company field of the referral record.

Position Title:Â Referral's title/position

Expiration Date:Â This will pull the Expiration Date for the referral. The expiration date is calculated by adding the Months selection to the Date column. For the Months column to be displayed, go to MacPractice Preferences, then select Localization in the sidebar. Make sure the User Referrals Expiration Date is checked. If this is not enabled, the referral's expiration will be set to a term of on year.
Expiration Months: This will pull the selection chosen in the Months column on the Referrals tab of the Patient tab of the Patient ability. For this column to be displayed, go to MacPractice Preferences, then select Localization in the sidebar. Make sure the User Referrals Expiration Date is checked. If this is not enabled, 12 will be pulled by default.
