Allergy Data Pull Fields

The Allergy table fields pull from the Patient's Ability > Clinical tab > Allergy tab:

• Allergy: Name of the allergy

• Allergy Identified Date: Date the allergy was identified

• Allergy Notes: Any free text notes entered in the allergy record for the patient

• Allergy Reaction: The selected SNOMED-CT allergy reaction for the allergy

• Allergy Severity: Severity of the allergy

• Allergy Status: The status, either Active or Inactive
