EHR Preconfigured Section - CQM Supplemental Info

The CQM Supplemental Info section captures the concepts and CQM Values required to report Clinical Quality Measures for Meaningful Use and MIPS.

Open

Click the CQM Supplemental Info link to add a concept or code. In the resulting popover, search for and select the concept or code, then click the Select button to add it to the section.

Open

Click any of the concepts to add a Start or End Date and CQM Value.
