EHR Preconfigured Section - CQM Supplemental Info
The CQM Supplemental Info section captures the concepts and CQM Values required to report Clinical Quality Measures for Meaningful Use and MIPS. This section utilizes SNOMED diagnosis codes, specifically.
This section CANNOT be used on Clipboard forms (Not a patient-facing section).
This section CANNOT be used on Patient Portal forms.
The contents of this section are as follows:
CQM Supplemental Info hyperlink: Click on the link and In the resulting popover, search for and select the concept or code, then click the Select button to add it to the section.
Specific Code hyperlink: Once a code is added, The following detailed fields can be entered:
Start Date
End Date
CQM Value
“Delete” button: Deletes the selection from the section
“Done” button: Commits the entered data to the section
Entries added here will show in:
Continuity of Care document (CCDA) printed from the Clinical Summary
Reports that pull information for Clinical and Government Programs data
