EHR Preconfigured Section - Vitals

The Vitals Section sets vitals measurements along with the date and time the vitals were taken.

To add a new Vitals entry, click Vitals. In the resulting popover, add the Date Measured, Time Measured, Incident, Weight, Length/Height, Temp, and so on to the Vitals entry. Click the Done button to add the new entry.
