EHR Preconfigured Section - Referrals and PCP

The Referrals and PCP section is used to record referral or primary care provider information.

Open

To add a new referral, click Referrals. In the resulting popover, search for and select a referral, then click the Select button.

To pull referral information from the chart, click the Pull from Chart button. In the resulting popover, select the referral in the left column and click the Done button.

To add additional details to the referral, click the referrals link and add the Referral Date, Specialty, and Reason, then click the Done button.
